1, emulsified oil: at present, the emulsified oil used in coal mine is based on mechanical oil (content of more than 60%) adding emulsifier and some functional additives, which has the following disadvantages:
(1) As the raw material of this product is non-renewable petroleum resources, the price is greatly affected by international petroleum products, and the oil resources are less and less, so the price can only rise gradually;
(2) Traditional emulsified oil in the use of the process of oil and soap, blocking the filter, control valve, serious can cause tube explosion, the occurrence of safety accidents;
(3) The traditional emulsified oil has inflammability, odor, pollution of groundwater and damage to the physical and mental health of site workers;
(4) Large foam, emulsifier content is higher, all the foam is relatively large.
2, concentrated liquid: The new concentrated liquid is water based raw material, adding functional additives such as lubrication, rust prevention, corrosion prevention and water softening. Compared with traditional emulsified oil, the performance indicators of concentrated liquid are far better than those of traditional emulsified oil, and the above problems will not occur in the use process, and can fully meet the requirements of hydraulic support transmission system, the main advantages are:
